Greg will usually meet with you at your home. He is also happy to meet at your office, providing a private room is available. Virtual meetings can be offered by Teams or Zoom as well.

No, the initial meeting is always at our expense. The focus of the first meeting is to get to know one another. It’s used to answer the following questions:

  • Do we get along?
  • Will we work well together?
  • Will you get value from working with me?
  • Can I still add value after taking account of fees?

Unless we can honestly answer yes to all of the above questions, we’ll shake hands, wish each other well, and part on good terms, leaving you with no fees to pay.

If all of the answers are yes, we’ll agree on how to move forward together.

All fees will always be agreed upfront before any chargeable work is undertaken.

The initial meeting is all about getting to know each other and finding out if we’ll work well together. You can view our initial meeting overview and checklist to help you prepare and get the most out of our meeting. Though preparation is useful, it’s not mandatory.

There’s no obligation to sign up to our services at this initial meeting. In fact, you’re encouraged to go away and consider whether you wish to work with me.

Yes, 100%, and I’m proud to be. I strongly believe it makes me best placed to deliver the right outcomes for clients, as it affords total freedom to source the correct solution when implementing a financial plan. I work for you and your interests, not the provider.

Yes, Polaris Wealth Management is directly authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). You can find our entry on the FCA register here.

While I am qualified to advise on this area, I don’t currently provide advice on final salary transfers. I can refer you to one of my trusted connections instead.

I only receive commission on mortgages and insurance-based products.

No. The majority of the work we do is VAT exempt. The small element that is liable to VAT is below the total amount that we would have to register for, charge, and pay VAT.

You can schedule an introductory meeting here or get in touch using our contact form or via phone or email.

Our terms of business are very flexible and can be terminated at any time by either you or us.
